today during one of my workouts i decided it was a good idea to write down my goals instead of just having them.
1. to finish turbo jams
2. to start chalean extreme
3. to finish chalean extreme
4. to teach a turbo kick class.
5. to lose 30 pounds
it helps to see the goals written down and so you can see your achievment.
That is great! I have to do that too! Should have done it a long time ago!
