
So many types.... which one is right for me?
Thats the question as a coach I get all the time... For me to answer is easy.. I always ask how much time will you dedicate to working out (and be honest). Do you like cardio or lifting better if you had to choose? These two answers will regulate which way I go to help you find the perfect workout program that fits your lifestyle.
P90X is a great workout, but its not for everyone.
Anyone can do it yes. But not everyone will.
Challenge packs are the way to go too. Get a workout video and a bag of Shakeology in a package deal. Pick your workout and your flavor.
