So while waiting for my preworkout energy drink to kick in so i can start Day 2 of Turbofire i am reading up on some healthy recipes and how many calories i need to eat a day to loose and achieve the body i want.. guess what.. i get to eat real food and 5 times a day. so those that are trying to starve yourself by only eating 500 calories a day.. well i wont go there but you cant do that forever.... just saying!!!!
